Notre Dame doesn’t have the most impressive resume, yet. They still get to play Stanford on the road, and if they pull that off, I’m not sure how you leave them out of the playoffs, especially when you consider their lone loss coming at the paws of the Clemson Tigers.
This team, much like Ohio State, is loaded with NFL talent all over. And just when you thought their season was over when Malik Zaire went down, they still finish the season with only one loss, with some pretty decent wins over Georgia Tech, Navy, USC and Tempe. Throw in Stanford this weekend, and now we’re talking serious business by the playoff committee.
