Kansas: QB Ryan Willis
It was an extremely rough year for Kansas football as they went 0-12. The Jayhawks do have some hope for the future with Willis behind center. The freshman set several Kansas freshman single-game records for completion, attempts, yards and completion percentage. He also set the freshman season record for passing yards with 1,719 yards. Willis finished the season with nine touchdown tosses.
The Kansas football program is in the middle of a major rebuilding process and Willis is a key cog of that. Expect Willis to build off a strong freshman campaign next season as the Jayhawks hope to snap their 15 game losing streak.
