UCLA deserved a better opponent than Nebraska, and the Cornhuskers are lucky to even be in a bowl at 5-7.

Mike Riley’s Cornhuskers looked like they’d been in the corn mash this season, with some incredibly bad losses to bad teams, and a huge upset of Michigan State. Don’t let that single game fool you, this is not a good Nebraska team, and UCLA should run away with it.

The Bruins have been decimated on defense this season, but was still able to hold opponents to 25 points per game. The Huskers’ 122nd ranked pass defense is going to picked on in this game, and picked on a lot. Look for points early and often.

Line: UCLA, -6.5

Take the Bruins to cover that spread. They’ll win by 10 or more against an atrocious Nebraska team.
