Pac-12 Football: The MVP for every Pac-12 team for 2015

USC had a two-headed monster in the backfield with freshman Ronald Jones and junior Justin Davis, virtually splitting carries. Cody Kessler was a dark horse Heisman candidate heading into this season, and many felt like this was the year the USC Trojans could get back into the hunt for a national championship.
The run game assisted Kessler in his throwing, and when it came to their offense through the air, it was all JuJu Smith-Schuster. No receiver outside of Smith-Schuster had over 35 catches or 400 yards. Instead, he was the main target for Kessler, and for good reason. He might be one of the most explosive players in the nation, and whether he’s stretching the field vertically, or coming underneath across the field, he can score from anywhere on the field.
He finished the season with 85 reception for 1,389 yards and 10 touchdowns, which landed him on the first-team offense. Another pick for this could have been, Su’a Cravens and the argument could be made for both, but because of the anemic depth at wide receiver for USC, Smith-Schuster got the nod.
