The wide receiver from the Sunshine State heads into Signing Day with two teams on his radar, with one of them the in-state Florida Gators and the other being the Ohio State Buckeyes. Although pen is not put to Paper until February 3, all signs point to him joining Urban Meyer in Columbus.

What Victor would bring to the Buckeyes is tremendous athleticism. He has a freakish leaping ability and he is the type of wideout that can “go up and get it.” He would give the quarterback a security blanket and confidence as anytime you have a receiver who can do that, it really opens up the passing game.

I see him leaving the Sunshine State and being a big weapon for the Buckeyes.

Prediction: Ohio State

Update: Victor committed to Ohio State.
