Texas Longhorns

Texas is a program scrapping to get back into conference and national relevance. Since the departure of Mack Brown, the Longhorns have suffered two straight losing seasons (6-7, 5-7) under Charlie Strong, and have had changes up and down the food chain, including the AD.

This is a proud program, and the Texas fans are unhappy and unpleasant when confronted with the direction things are headed. There seems to be no real direction or certainty, including whether or not Charlie Strong is long for the job.

Texas needs some stability and some confidence. Once always in the thick of it, now playing B-roles or missing the postseason altogether. Things seem pretty bleak in Austin.
