Jonathan Williams was arguably the top senior running back prospect before the season started, but unfortunately for the Arkansas back, he suffered a broken foot in the preseason and was lost for the year. He’s not quite 100 percent, so it remains to be seen just how much he’ll be involved in practices throughout the week and the game, but it will give him a chance to refresh the minds of NFL scouts in attendance about what he can do when fully healthy.

Williams led the Razorbacks with 1,190 yards and a 5.64 yards per carry average and tied Alex Collins for the team lead with 12 rushing touchdowns in 2014. At 6-0, 223 pounds, Williams has great size for the position and comes from a pro-style offense that should help his transition to the run game.

He and Louisiana Tech’s Kenneth Dixon are the two most intriguing running backs to watch at the Senior Bowl, but after missing his senior year, Williams has the most to prove and the most to gain with a strong showing in Mobile.
