Keith Jackson was a big receiver masquerading as a tight end and helped revolutionize the position when he played for the Oklahoma Sooners from 1984-1987. Jackson was a two-time consensus All-American in 1986 and 1987 but his best season may have been in 1985 when he had career-highs with 22 catches and 566 yards.

Jackson came up huge in the 1986 Orange Bowl that served as the national championship that year when he hauled in a  71-yard touchdown pass from Jamelle Holieway that helped lead the way to a win over Penn State. Jackson was the No. 13 overall pick in the 1988 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles and inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2001.

For his career, Jackson had 65 catches for 1,561 yards and 15 touchdowns in Oklahoma’s wishbone offense.
