. DT. . Robinson. 11. player. 57

The Chicago Bears need to take the best defensive player available whether it’s a cornerback, linebacker or defensive lineman. The best edge rushers are off the board and I don’t think Noah Spence is worth the risk at No. 11 for the Bears and neither is injured linebacker Jaylon Smith and while Darron Lee tore up the Combine, he’s not a great fit in Chicago’s 3-4 defense.

I think this comes down to two Alabama players with inside linebacker Reggie Ragland and tackle A’Shawn Robinson the two best players in this system. When in doubt, go with size and that’s what the Bears do here. Robinson is a safe pick for second-year general manager Ryan Pace and can play alongside last year’s second-round pick Eddie Goldman as they continue to build around from the inside out.
