4. Florida Gators

What’s not to like about the Florida job? You can make a case for the Gators to be No. 1 on this list. Considering Florida’s inherent in-state recruiting advantage, the tradition dating back to Steve Spurrier and through the Urban Meyer era and recruits growing up watching Tim Tebow and you have a program that should never be outside the top 25.

It’s almost too big to fail. Unless you’re Will Muschamp or Ron Zook that holds true. The only reason I have Florida No. 4 instead of being in the top three is because of Florida State and to a lesser extent Miami competing for the top talent in the Sunshine State and other programs trying to raid the state’s top talent.

There’s really no shame about being No. 4 here because this is a top-10 job nationally, it just shows the strength and depth of the SEC.
