CB. Florida State. Jalen Ramsey. 2. player. 52.

Jalen Ramsey is the best player in the Draft and they got the Florida State cornerback with the fifth pick. That’s a steal to me. Ramsey is a large cornerback at 6-1 and 209 pounds and is the best athlete in the draft on top of being the best player.

Think about what Gus Bradley had when he was with the Seattle Seahawks and he had Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner in his secondary. Ramsey is more naturally athletic and talented than Sherman who was a fifth round pick out of Stanford. I’m not saying he’s going to be the best corner in the NFL right now because he’s not a finished product.

But he’s going to a team that desperately needs a player with his skill set as a press corner and Bradley will be able to maximize his potential. As long as they don’t play him as a safety, he’s got a chance to be a multiple All-Pro selection.
