Cam Robinson is one of the best high school players I’ve ever seen and is the highest ranked player to play for Nick Saban at Alabama. The All-SEC left tackle is poised for his best year yet in Tuscaloosa and should wind up on every preseason All-America team.

Robinson started from Day 1 at Alabama and as good as he’s been his first two years in Tuscaloosa, he’s not even come close to reaching his potential. That’s a scary thought for opposing defensive ends and edge rushers who have to find a way to get around the 6-6, 325-pound left tackle who moves like a 250-pound tight end.

Don’t be surprised to see Robinson win the Outland Trophy and make it an easy transition for the players replacing Heisman winner Derrick Henry and quarterback Jake Coker in the Tide’s backfield.
