2017 NFL Draft Big Board: Ranking the top 32 prospects
19. Carl Lawson DE/OLB – Auburn: When healthy, Lawson is a powerful and quick edge rusher who is ideally suited to play OLB in a 3-4. Has to stay healthy this year.
18. Raekwon McMillan – ILB – Ohio State: Throwback middle linebacker who is a downhill thumper. Overshadowed first two years on loaded Ohio State defense but gets time to shine in 2016.
17. Jabrill Peppers – S/LB – Michigan: Moving down to linebacker after coming to Ann Arbor as an athlete. Could play a hybrid role in NFL like Arizona does with Deonne Buchannan.
16. Quin Blanding – S – Virginia: Former top recruit is the lone bright spot at Virginia and is a tackling machine.
15. Adoree Jackson – CB/WR/RS – USC: An incredible athlete who plays both ways but has to settle on a position at USC to maximize his vast potential.
14. Tre’Davious White – CB – LSU: Rare three-year starter to return to LSU has a chance to be next great cornerback from ‘DBU’ to make it in the NFL.
13. Jalen Reeves-Maybin – OLB – Tennessee: Highly productive edge rusher, played against top competition in SEC.
12. Jamal Adams – S – LSU: The best safety prospect in the draft can cover like a cornerback and hit like a linebacker.
11. Roderick Johnson – OT – FSU: Could end up being a top-five pick. A starter since his freshman year.
