The Red Raiders start off with a bang scoring 66 points in an easy win.
Sept 10 – @Arizona State – Prediction: W 56-38
The offense stays hot and makes up for the lack of talent on the defensive side of the ball.
Sept 17 – LA Tech – Prediction: W 41-27
Patrick Mahomes has his third straight game of at least 300 yards and 4 TD’s.
Sept 29 – Kansas – Prediction: W 56-21
The offense keeps rolling against the lowly Jayhawks.
Oct 8 – @Kansas State – Prediction: L 24-38
The first loss comes on the road after the offense commits a few turnover in a difficult environment.
Oct 15 – West Virginia – Prediction: W 56-35
The Red Raiders get a win before a tough final stretch of the season
Oct 22 – Oklahoma – Prediction: L 31-38
Tech puts up a fight but cant get a stop on defense and lose late.
Oct 29 – @TCU – Prediction: L 41-45
Another close game, Mahomes does everything he can to keep Tech in the game but just doesn’t have enough.
Nov 5 – Texas – Prediction: L 35-38
The third straight loss for the Red Raiders who just can’t get enough stops to win the game.
Nov 12 – @Oklahoma State – Prediction: L 31-45
A fourth consecutive loss for Tech and Kliff Kingsbury is suddenly on the hot seat.
Nov 19 – @Iowa State – Prediction: W 24-21
The losing streak ends in a close one in Ames.
Nov 25 – Baylor – Prediction: L 35-49
A loss to end the season putting the finishing touches on a disappointing season.
