Big 12 Football: Predicting win-loss records for every team

Oklahoma State Cowboys
Sept 3 – SE Louisiana – Prediction: W 49-13
The Cowboys start out the season with a win, Mason Rudolph and James Washington start the season off with a bang.
Sept 10 – Central Michigan – Prediction: W 28-10
Last season’s opener against the Chippewas was closer than many expected, this one is never in doubt as the Cowboys win easily.
Sept 17 – Pittsburgh – Prediction: W-24-21
This could be a tougher game than many expect but Barry Sanders Jr. gives the Cowboys a more balanced attack giving the Cowboys the edge.
Sept 24 – @Baylor – Prediction: W 42-38
Oklahoma State cements themselves as a Big 12 title contender with a statement win against Baylor on the road.
Oct 1 – Texas – Prediction: W 27-21
James Washington starts to receive some Heisman love with another big performance leading the cowboys to victory.
Oct 8 – Iowa State – Prediction: W 42-28
Another win for the Cowboys, this one easier than the last few games.
Oct 22 – @Kansas – Prediction: W 42-21
The Jayhawks don’t even put up a fight, the Cowboys starters spend the fourth quarter resting on the sideline.
Oct 29 – West Virginia – Prediction: W 31-21
The Cowboys just keep rolling. They enter the top ten and start to receive some playoff consideration, Mason Rudolph, and James Washington are possible Heisman contenders.
Nov 5 – @Kansas State – Prediction: L 28-31
The Cowboys finally lose in a hard-fought battle on the road. The Wildcats pull ahead late in the fourth quarter.
Nov 12 – Texas Tech – Prediction: W 45-31
The Cowboys bounce back well from their first loss of the season and get a win on senior night.
Nov 19 – @TCU – Prediction: W 27-23
TCU tries to mount a comeback but falls just short.
Dec 3 – @Oklahoma – Prediction: L 42-45
Cowboys lose a heartbreaker in the makeshift Big 12 title game losing their shot at the college football playoff.
Final Record: 10-2 (7-2 Big12) 2nd place in Big 12
