1. Bigger Fan Support At Home Games

No one doubts the ferocity and loyalty of the Georgia Bulldog nation, but let’s face it (with all apologies to the UGA student section, which is one of the nation’s best) Sanford Stadium can sound like a ghost town far too often.

As one of the largest capacity stadiums in the nation and the SEC, Sanford should be setting off seismographs from Athens to central Texas on a regular basis.

It could be that Georgia fans have become so complacent in waiting for the other shoe to drop, that they are simply afraid to be the raucous SEC-style crowd we’re used to seeing in places like Tiger Stadium and Bryant-Denny.

As big an loud as they are, the Georgia Redcoat Band shouldn’t be so easily heard over a crowd of 93,000 fans.

Let’s hope the renewed feeling and fan fervor that comes with a new head coach and an exciting young quarterback didn’t die off with the record crowd at Georgia’s spring G-Day game.
