Middle Tennessee v. Vanderbilt (Saturday, 4:00 pm)

Last year Middle Tennessee nearly took down the Commodores, falling 17-13 at home with a prime opportunity to claim an SEC upset. They get another chance to finish the job this year when they travel to face Vanderbilt in Nashville. Brent Stockstill threw for over 329 yards and five touchdowns in the Blue Raiders’ opening rout, and could find plenty of time to work against the Commodore secondary. Should that happen Vandy would be in trouble.
