The Syracuse Orange dropped their first ACC game of the season to the Louisville Cardinals 62-28.

It was a brutal day for the Orange defense, who gave up 845 yards on defense and saw the score blossom to 28-7 by the end of the first quarter.

The Orange certainly have some work to do under new head coach Dino Babers and see a slight deep in this week’s power rankings.

While the offense has enjoyed the emergence of wide receiver Amba Etta-Tawo, fellow receiver Steve Ishmael still does not have a receiving touchdown on the season.

Last season, Ishmael was the team’s leader in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
