The NC State Wolfpack got back in the win column this week, beating Old Dominion handily 49-22. They move up 2 spots in this week’s ACC Power Rankings.

The Wolfpack were led by quarterback Ryan Finley who was 24 for 28 through the air with 281 passing yards and three passing touchdowns. Tight end Jaylen Samuels had three catches for 28 yards and two touchdowns.

All around, it was much better showing than the Wolfpacks’ 33-30 loss to East Carolina in Week 2.

It was a much needed win this week as the Wolfpack begin their ACC schedule in the Atlantic division. They still face Clemson, Florida State, Louisville, Miami, and North Carolina.

Next Week: Bye

NC State opens their ACC schedule against Wake Forest on October 1. This week they are on a bye.
