Week 4 result – 14-7 loss to Iowa

Rutgers may have lost to Iowa in Week 4, but morally they won. A 14-7 victory is nothing to the Hawkeyes. It is, however, a positive sign for the Scarlet Knights.

Losing is never good. But when it’s to a top conference team by a single touchdown it’s not bad. Rutgers started off the season slow, but have since turned it into a turning point for the team. They may not be able to beat powerhouse Big Ten teams just yet, but in the seasons to come they may surprise some people.

At 2-2, this season is not a bust yet. Rutgers is still hoping to make a bowl game, and they have a strong possibility as one of the better bottom half conference teams.
