Week 4 result – 14-7 win over Rutgers

Well, Iowa won their first conference game, but that’s about it. The Hawkeyes did not bounce back from their loss to North Dakota State well. Their game against Rutgers should have been a major blowout. Instead, they fell even further out of the eyes of the AP Polls.

They are now in desperate need of a significant win. With Northwestern next on their schedule, the opportunity to prove they aren’t dead yet is right in front of them.

It’s now pretty unknown whether or not to count out this team yet.
