Georgia ran into an angry Ole Miss team, and the youth of the Bulldogs showed as Georgia was handily beaten 45-14.

Jacob Eason, who may one day become a top quarterback, showed his youth through his inaccuracy and decision making against the Rebels. The Ole Miss defense, one that had been susceptible to freshman quarterbacks, stopped the Georgia offense, which has been explosive at times yet could not get going, the injury to Nick Chubb certainly did not help. The Georgia offensive line can be partly to blame as they could not slow down the Ole Miss defensive line which was constantly pressuring Eason throughout the game.

For Georgia, there isn’t a true need to panic. Yes, they lost an SEC game but they have not lost to an SEC East team and the path to the SEC Championship has not closed on them yet.
