Week 5 result – 50-7 win over Purdue 

Maryland may be the quietest team in college football right now. This team is dominating teams and making no noise while doing it. Yes, they haven’t played a significant game yet, but they also haven’t let these easy games get the best of them.

At 4-0 the Terripans still aren’t ranked, and that’s a problem. This team is the real deal. They may not be a top 10 team, but they’ve certainly made a strong case to be in the top 25. An impressive win against Penn State next week, and there’s no way they can stay out of the AP Polls.

Starting next week, Maryland’s schedule goes from easy to difficult. Week 6 begins the real test for this team, whether they continue to dominate is completely up to them.
