Last week I had a feeling that Wisconsin would give Ohio State a good game, and they did just that. It took Ohio State about everything to pull out the win and keep their undefeated season alive on Saturday.

They were lead by the best player on the field,  their quarterback J.T. Barrett, who threw for 226 yards with one touchdown and one interception, and ran for 92 and two touchdowns. It wasn’t easy, but a win in a hostile environment like Madison was huge for the Buckeyes.

The key was the defensive stops in the first half. Wisconsin moved the ball easily up and down the field in the first half, but Ohio State forced stops and held them to three field goals. Give up a couple more touchdowns here and there in the first half, and we’re looking at a completely different game going into half time.

Head coach Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes still have three big games left to look forward to for the remaining of the year. They have Nebraska at home in three weeks, before traveling to Michigan State and then having Michigan at home to finish the regular season.

Ohio State showed how good they really are last week, and continue to look like a national title threat.
