26. . DT/DE. Michigan State. Malik Mcdowell. 14. player

The Baltimore Ravens are battling a lot of injuries this season with two offensive tackles listed on the injured reserve. Barring a few of those injuries, taking Michigan State defensive lineman Malik McDowell is a no-brainer.

It allows Baltimore to add depth at defensive tackle or defensive end, depending on the fit for McDowell. Considering he struggles against double teams and tends to take plays off, the Ravens defensive staff will be good for his development.

McDowell has 70 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, and six sacks in three seasons for the Spartans. This year’s draft class won’t be filled with too many offensive prospects, at least not yet anyways. McDowell is a safe pick here for Baltimore.
