The Pittsburgh Steelers really need a run stopper in the middle. With a late round pick, they select Vanderbilt linebacker Zach Cunningham in this week’s mock draft.

The Steelers gave up 222 rushing yards and two touchdowns in their devastating loss to the Miami Dolphins last week.

Cunningham saved Vanderbilt’s season last week with the game winning tackle against the Georgia Bulldogs, showing his development as an open field tackler.

He is solid in pass coverage and has good overall awareness at the linebacker position.

He has 212 tackles, 32.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, five forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and four pass deflections in his career at Vanderbilt so far.
