Week 7 result – 27-22 loss to Nebraska 

3-3 doesn’t do Indiana any justice. The Hoosiers are one of the better teams in the Big Ten. They may have the hardest conference schedule in the conference. Even if they’re losing, they’re competing with the top teams in the NCAA.

With one ranked opponent left in 2016, Indiana is hoping to finish with three losses on the season. You look at their games against Ohio State and Nebraska, and you see that they are keeping these games close.

The bowl committee isn’t going to see losses as anything more than a number. But each one of Indiana’s losses are impressive. Don’t let the fact that this team won’t compete for a Big Ten championship discourage you. The Hoosiers have an extremely bright future ahead of them.
