Mike Williams, Corey Davis and John Ross get almost all of the attention in this wide receiver class. However, there’s one relatively overlooked wide receiver out of the FCS who is starting to make enough noise as a potential second-round pick.

Eastern Washington wide receiver Cooper Kupp has been making big plays for four years with the Eagles. During his time at the school, Kupp was able to rack up some really incredible numbers, posting 428 receptions for 6,464 yards and 73 touchdowns.

Kupp has a great combination of speed and footwork, which allows him to create plenty of separation while running routes. He’s not exactly a physically imposing receiver at 6-foot-2 and 198 pounds, but he is something who should be able to keep adding muscle to his frame.

The Senior Bowl will be a great opportunity for Kupp to shine on a national stage, but even if his quarterbacks on the North roster can’t get him the ball, scouts are going to be paying plenty of attention to him during practice. There are other receivers like Zay Jones, Amba Etta-Tawo and Amara Darboh on the North roster, but Kupp is the guy that’s likely going to get most of the attention.

This isn’t the kind of guy you want to sleep on, because Kupp could wind up having a very productive and successful career in the NFL.
