As long as the LSU Tigers cannot figure out the offense then they will not be able to win the SEC West. However, first year offensive coordinator Matt Canada could change things around after a failed tenure with Cam Cameron.

Quarterback Danny Etling tossed 11 touchdowns and five interceptions last year. Yet, running back Derrius Guice is the star of the team, rushing for nearly 1,500 yards and 16 touchdowns in the absence of Leonard Fournette. Wide receiver D.J. Chark could be in for a big year as well if Etling can find his way.

With Auburn and Alabama looking so good heading into the 2017, things do not look very good in terms of LSU’s chances to contend.
