Jambalaya, gumbo, shrimp, etc. are some of the trademark foods of LSU tailgates. You can smell the food on thousands of grills near Tiger Stadium from miles away for just a few Saturdays each year. This is one of the very best tailgating atmospheres in the country, even by SEC standards.
