Joining Wyatt Roberts at Mississippi State is Season 2 superstar defensive end and former Georgia Bulldog Chauncey Rivers. According to USA Today, Rivers should play a major role, similar to the one outlined for him with EMCC, with the Mississippi State Bulldogs this year.

Mississippi State is getting possibly the most talented player on the EMCC roster from 2016. Rivers was once a highly touted four-star recruit and one of the best in the 2015 class for Georgia. Even as a JUCO transfer, Rivers was one of the best defensive players in the country, according to 247Sports.

Rivers definitely had his ups and downs in his one year with EMCC. He was also arrested three times before his time in Scooba for drug charges. However, viewers could always see the potential left with this kid and all that he could be even with some of the best defensive players in college football.

As long as Rivers does not screw up off the field then he should play a huge role for Mississippi State on the field in 2017.
