EMCC had themselves quite the duo at running back in Season 1. Between D.J. Law and Isaiah Wright, EMCC might have had the best one-two punch at running back of any community college in the nation.

Law committed to play for UAB, who is bringing back their football program in 2017. According to a 2015 ESPN article, the Blazers have known that they were going to bring back their program quickly after it was originally disbanded. That made it easier for players like Law to feel good about their future in playing for a team that would be resurgent in the upcoming years.

However, Law had the potential to play for a Power Five team, but his attitude kept some of the bigger programs away. However, according to AL.com, Law has not been with the UAB football program since May and might not return at any point.

Fans should hope to see Law back soon, at least to use up the rest of his eligibility. There’s too much talent in him not to at least give it a shot with an FBS team.
