3. Front seven wreaks havoc against opposition

Ohio State’s front seven might be the best in the country be the end of the year. Dre’Mont Jones and Tracy Sprinkle are tremendous compliments to Hubbard and Lewis on the d-line. Chris Worley and Dante Booker solidify the linebacker positions next to Baker.

Against teams like Penn State and Michigan State, OSU’s front seven needs to be at their best. Penn State running back Saquon Barkley is the best running back in the country and Michigan State rusher L.J. Scott is not far behind him.

With the secondary going through some transition after losing key pieces, the front seven needs to be very good. Yet, they have the exact resources to do just that.
