USF Football: 5 freshmen who could have instant impact in 2017
Another late pickup from Carol City, Dingle likely has too many bodies to pass on the depth chart to make an impact from Week One. Still, he’s a talented receiver and has been turning heads in fall camp.

The one-time Miami verbal commit could see action early in USF’s friendlier nonconference games, and certainly has the best chance of the handful of USF true freshmen receivers to work his way into the rotation.
At any rate, Dingle is the latest in a line of Bulls wideouts with offers from Power Five schools that chose to come to Tampa (while he was likely pushed out at Miami due to numbers, he seemed likely to commit to Kentucky until about a week before National Signing Day).
Even if he doesn’t play right away, he will before long.
