No. 47: The Who – Who Are You?

Year Released: 1978
Billboard Hot 100 Chart Peak: 14

From the opening cymbal crash and funky keyboard riff, this classic tune by The Who is a must-have on just about any playlist, but really finds a good home during football season.

Who Are You has ample opportunities for imitating Pete Townshend’s giant windmill arm swings on guitar, as well as a variety of drum fills to pound out on the folding table.

The lyrics themselves make for excellent rival taunting as passers-by in enemy colors find their way into eyeshot.

Honestly, there’s almost no way to go wrong by including The Who, and it’s pretty much a prerequisite for rocking.
