Appalachian State was a 10-game winner last year, following an 11-win season in 2015. The Mountaineers established themselves as one of the best Group of Five programs in the country. It did not take App State long to reach the top of the college football world at the FBS level.

The Mountaineers kick off against the Georgia Bulldogs on on Sept. 2. Things get much easier from their with opponents like the Idaho Vandals, Savannah State Tigers, New Mexico State Aggies and Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

It could be a rather easy road for the Mountaineers to win the Sun Belt this year. They have the right quarterback in Taylor Lamb to continue winning 10 games or more. Moreover, the stable of running backs they have, led by Jalin Moore is something for opponents to fear.

Among all the Group of Five teams that could win 10 games, you should feel very confident about App. State reaching that mark.
