Bold Prediction: Kenny Hill implodes. Facing an improved passing defense, the former Texas A&M transfer throws four interceptions and is benched for backup Shawn Robinson midway through the third quarter. TCU manages to keep it respectable, but runs out of time and quickly falls out of the rankings after a one week appearance.

Bold Prediction: Done are the days of Washington State falling to non-Power 5 teams. Luke Falk‘s precision passing is too much for the Broncos to overcome. Falk throws for 300 yards on 85 percent passing but only finds the endzone once. It doesn’t matter as a defensive score and a potent running game secure an easy victory for Wazzu.

Bold Prediction: 0. The number of points scored by the 49ers against Kansas State this weekend. The number associated with their mascot, 49, is great than the total number of offensive yards they record in the first half. Only when the game is out of reach does Kansas State let up enough for Charlotte to even cross mid field.
