Arkansas Football: 5 overreactions from loss to TCU
2. Arkansas will have a rough time in the SEC West
Arkansas and the Texas A&M Aggies could finish at the very bottom of the SEC West standings this year. Few expected the Razorbacks to lose to a team like TCU by a 21-point margin. We’ll see if that’s because TCU is very good or if the Razorbacks are just bad.
However, it will be key to seem how both the Aggies and Razorbacks respond when they face each other in two weeks, on Sep. 23. Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin is on one of the hottest seats of anyone in the country.
The SEC West has some quality teams, as always, for Arkansas to compete with. Even the Ole Miss Rebels are a force to be reckoned with, led by sophomore quarterback Shea Patterson. Not to mention how good the Auburn Tigers, LSU Tigers, and Alabama Crimson Tide are.
Arkansas is one of those teams that can almost any team in the country at any time. It’s hard to predict how they’ll play on a week-to-week basis. However, they need to pull out a victory in their next game against Texas A&M.
