Vanderbilt is the first real opponent that the Kansas State Wildcats face this year. We will soon get to see how good this team is. It should be one of the better Kansas State teams that Bill Snyder has coaches in recent years.

Led by tough senior quarterback Jesse Ertz, the sky really is the limit for this squad. They just have to unseat the Oklahoma schools at the top of the Big 12. If Kansas State can take down Vandy in Week 3, they’ll show that they’re actually a force to be reckoned with.

The two best challengers to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are TCU and Kansas State. However, the Frogs have proved themselves on the national stage after their dominant effort against the Arkansas Razorbacks, on the road.

Senior quarterback Kenny Hill really is the key to success for this TCU team. He needs to continue leading the offense efficiently and taking care of the ball. The run game was huge for the Frogs against Arkansas. They face SMU this week.
