3. Pitt will respond in ACC play

Pitt fans should not be seeing their football program in a positive light right now. The way they were dominated by both Oklahoma State and Penn State was almost embarrassing, especially the 38-point loss to the Pokes.

A chance to turn things around lies in Pitt’s next three games. Not only could Pitt win those three games, but they could still compete in a big way in the ACC. Their two most difficult games are out of the way.

Really only the Virginia Tech Hokies and Miami Hurricanes are matchups where they will not be favored. NC State, Duke, and Georgia Tech, are tossups. The good news is, they do not have to face Louisville, Clemson, or Florida State cross-conference.

Pitt might have found themselves a solid starting quarterback in Ben Dinucci to fit in alongside skilled weapons like Qadree Ollison and Quadree Henderson. Talent is still prevalent on the Pitt roster.
