3. Oklahoma State puts up more than 50 points

This might not seem like a very bold prediction anymore with the strength of the Oklahoma State offense. However, TCU’s defense is nothing to scoff at and head coach Gary Patterson is sure to have his team prepared and ready to go.

TCU’s defense is not one that has given the Pokes any trouble the last two seasons. Last year, the Pokes put up 31-points and the year before they put up 49. This Oklahoma State offense is much better and more potent than the last two.

If the Pokes had kept their foot on the gas against Pitt, it’s only a matter of thinking how many points would have been scored. Rudolph was pulled early in the second half for backup quarterback Taylor Cornelius.

TCU will keep up in this one, but ultimately the Cowboy offense will be too much for them to handle. Oklahoma State has not put up less than 44 points and are outscoring their opponents 59-0 in the first quarter of games this year.
