It will be a huge test for head coach Jimbo Fisher and Florida State to overcome the loss of Francois this week. The Noles have not been in action since their Week 1 loss to the Tide. Meanwhile, NC State has not had a slip up except for their season opening loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks.

In the last two weeks, quarterback Ryan Finley and the Wolfpack have defeated Furman and Marshall in two relatively non-competitive contests. Even though Florida State is a 12.5-point favorite, this one could end up coming right down to the wire.

Expect NC State to give the Noles everything they can handle. With Francois out for the year with a knee injury, freshman James Blackman gets the start. It will be interesting to see how Blackman handles the vaunted NC State pass rush, led by ultra-athletic defensive end Bradley Chubb.
