Loser: Oregon Ducks
No. 24 in the AP Poll to unranked
The Oregon Ducks spent a week in the AP Poll rankings before they seem themselves fall out with a Week 4 loss to Arizona State in their Pac-12 opener on the road.
The Arizona State Sun Devils beat the Ducks behind three touchdowns from quarterback Manny Wilkins (two rushing, one passing). Wilkins threw for 347 passing yards and ran for 35 yards.
Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert finished with 281 passing yards and three passing touchdowns, but the offense was inefficient as it went 1-of-11 on third downs and 0-for-2 on fourth downs. The Ducks defense gave up 489 total yards of offense to Arizona State.
