It’s been tough sledding for Arizona so far this year and a home tilt against Colorado won’t favor them either. That automatically puts them pretty low on the food chain and Rich Rodriguez is starting to feel his hot seat warm quickly.

Week 6 Opponent: Colorado

All the Buffaloes need is better quarterback play to be a top five Pac-12 team. Their starter Steven Montez has only thrown seven touchdowns while throwing six interceptions. Those numbers aren’t good enough to compete in an offensive dominant conference. The Buffaloes defense is still the strength of the team, and will need to create more turnovers for Colorado to make a bowl game.

Week 6 Opponent: BYE

Cal has been all over the Pac-12 Power rankings. At one point they even ascended into the three spot. While most teams would be frustrated by yo-yoing through the season, Cal is over achieving and regaining respectability. The Bears are competitive in every game and will only get better as the season goes on. If Cal can finish the season between 4th and 6th in the Pac-12 Power Rankings, their season will be a success.
