1. Hogs SEC hopes are toast

The SEC West is never an easy conference to play in. However, with how good the Alabama Crimson Tide look again, most teams are just fighting for second place. The Auburn Tigers could present a real challenge for the Tide.

With how the Hogs are looking right now, they’ll probably battle with the Ole Miss Rebels to stay out of the basement in the division. We have yet to see how good the Mississippi State Bulldogs will be after inconsistent performances so far.

If one thing is for sure, no game will come easy for the Hogs against any SEC West competition. With only two wins through six weeks, they also have an uphill battle to reach bowl eligibility. This would be the first time that Bret Bielema has not got Arkansas bowl eligible if that were to happen.
