2. Indiana isn’t a pushover

Indiana took Michigan to overtime at home on Saturday, losing 27-20. It sucks that Indiana lost and now are 3-3 overall and 0-3 in the Big Ten, but they are making a lot of progress. They stayed with Ohio State for two quarters and were manhandled by Penn State, but they almost knocked off a Big Ten blue blood.

Indiana is a team knocking on the door to making some noise in this conference. Known as a basketball school it is kind of weird to make that statement, but it is true. Moral victories don’t count, but I’m sure other Big Ten teams with them on their schedule know they aren’t just a pure stat builder anymore.

With six more opponents left on the schedule they need three wins to become bowl eligible and I think they capable enough to pull it off. Ask Michigan they just took them to the brink. If you have been paying attention to this program, you know they’re not an easy out.
