4. Size doesn’t always equal talent

If you know anything about the Razorbacks, especially on the offensive and defensive lines, they are big and physical. However, it is painstakingly obvious this season that the size of a line does not equal talent and success.

They have the size, that is for sure, but seem to have lost any and all physicality they used to play with. Without that, the team has no strength and no fight to stand toe to toe with anyone in this league. They have a long way to go if they want to be a contender for anything at this rate.

This all ties back to recruiting. It would seem that much of Arkansas’ past has been based on size instead of sheer talent and that has to change. The big guys won’t always be your best bet to start for your team. Arkansas will need to focus on finding talent and protection as time goes on and they head into the future, because this season is basically a wash for the Hogs.

As the tweet above shows, if your quarterback looks worse for wear and it looks like your lineman hasn’t done much of anything, you have a problem.
