4. The NC State defense is all about Bradley Chubb

The NC State Wolfpack defense continues to be a stout defensive unit. They allowed just 326 total yards of offense and forced two turnovers against the Pittsburgh Panthers.

However, it wasn’t defensive end Bradley Chubb who stole the show for the Wolfpack. Chubb did suffer a gruesome finger injury in the fourth quarter but it was defensive end Damian Roseboro who came up big in Week 7.

Roseboro finished the game five tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack and a forced fumble for the NC State defense. The junior out of Lincolnton, NC registered the first sack and forced fumble of the season in the Wolfpack’s victory.

Next to Roseboro, linebacker Germaine Pratt led the team with nine tackles in the game. He also had a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery in the game.

Other players are stepping up on this Wolfpack defense to make it a solid unit and that’s a good thing for Bradley Chubb, who looks banged up at the moment.
