1. Ole Miss still gets to six wins

The stretch run of the Ole Miss football schedule is the easiest portion of the season. Aside from a meeting with Arkansas in Week 9, the Rebels round out the regular season with the Kentucky Wildcats, ULL Ragin Cajuns, Texas A&M Aggies, and Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Texas A&M should be the toughest test for the rest of the year, while Mississippi State and Kentucky are quality opponents as well. However, none of those teams are out of reach for Ole Miss.

Beating ULL and Arkansas should be expected from head coach Matt Luke. Arkansas has a new starting quarterback of their own with freshman Cole Kelley. And, ULL has already lost to another SEC West opponent this year in Texas A&M.

Getting to the six-win mark would do more for the confidence for this Ole Miss football program than just about anything else that could happen this season. Shea Patterson could return next season and be a part of a truly competitive squad in the SEC.
