NFL Mock Draft 2018: Complete first round after Week 8
The need that the Indianapolis Colts have on the offensive line is almost as glaring as any of any NFL team in existence. Indy was unable to protect the face of the franchise in Andrew Luck and he might miss the entire 2017 campaign because of it.
Even former NC State quarterback Jacoby Brissett is running for his life on most snaps. The answer to this problem is simple, start building some quality offensive lineman around the most important player on the team.
That starts with general manager Chris Ballard drafting an offensive lineman with what is sure to be an early first round pick for the Colts. Texas offensive tackle Connor Williams might be the best available in this class.
Whether Luck is able to return back to full health at any point during the rest of his career, or if the Colts move forward with Brissett, they need to figure out this offensive lineman situation in Indy. No need is bigger with this team.
